Atefeh Gorgin is a contemporary journalist, poet, and writer. Atefeh Gergin started working as a journalist for an information newspaper. In 1348, she married Khosro Golsarkhi. He was 23 years old when he published his first book, Jang Sahar, in the early years of the 1350s. On April 16, 1352, Atefeh Gergin was arrested while working at Homeland Radio and after the arrest of her husband, Khosro Golsarkhi.
He was sentenced to one year in the first court and three years in the second court. He was in Azandan for three and a half years and was finally released in September 1355. His wife, Khosro Golsarkhi, was executed on 29 Bahman 1352, at the age of 30. Atefeh Gorgin has a child from Khosro Golsarkhi named Damon. In 1358 and 1359, Atefeh Gergin was the editor of the collection of quarterly articles in Gol Sorekh. Six volumes of this book were published in Homeland.
