This building is a symbol of modern Capital and modern architecture in the capital of Iran and was considered an urban symbol. With the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution in 1357, Al-Ghaniyan, the owner of the building, like many other capitalists, was angered by the new revolutionary authorities, and after being executed by firing squad, his assets, including the Plasko building, were confiscated and given to the Foundation of the Underprivileged of the Islamic Revolution. In the period after the revolution of 1357, the use of the Plasko building, especially on its floors where the production workshops were working, was not in proportion to its usage license and capacity, and this was considered to be related to its fire.
