Khayani in Karaj completed his primary and secondary education at Beheshti Conservatory. In 1364, he studied in the field of metallurgical engineering (casting) at the Faculty of Education, Technical Secretary of Capital, located in Loizan. Then, in 1368, he was employed by the Ministry of Education as a teacher in technical courses. He also worked for two years at the Bandar Abbas Rajaei Conservatory as an educational assistant (conservatorium director).
