Mehr Alizadeh has three children (two sons and one daughter). Among his executive responsibilities, we can mention the chairmanship of the International Federation of Power Sports, membership in the board of directors of the Kish Free Zone Organization, and chairmanship of the board of directors of the Asia Water Development Engineering Company, which implements the desalination of the Persian Gulf water transfer project to the industries in the southeast of the country. In the seventh government, he was the governor of Khorasan, and in the eighth government, he was the vice president and head of the physical education organization.
