On 27 June 1392, a summons was received by Ahmadinejad from the criminal court of Tehran province, which contained the news of Ali Larijani and Yaqub Khalilnejad’s complaint against Ahmadinejad, and according to this verdict, he should appear in branch 76 of the provincial criminal court on 5 December 1392. Tehran should respond to the complaints raised. Ahmadinejad is the first president of Iran after the 1357 revolution to be summoned to the court. The court was not held on the relevant date. On July 1, 2014, due to four complaints of the Eighth Parliament against the head of the ninth government, Ahmadinejad was called to the court again, and he refused to go to the court like on December 5, 2014.On August 16, 2016, Mohammad Reza Khabaz said, “Ahmadi Nejad has six strong cases with the vote of the parliament; That is, Mr. Ahmadinejad’s violation was confirmed six times in the Article 90 Commission, the issue came to the floor of the parliament and the representatives confirmed the violations, and then it went to the judiciary, because trial and punishment are not in the power of the legislature. If the judiciary examines only one of his cases, he will be deprived of all positions for the rest of his life and will not be able to register for any position, let alone the presidency”.
