I heard that Kamran Diba and Yahya Diba (Farah’s cousins) met Farah and warned her about this relationship. A few days later, we were again with Farah Khanum in Kish Island, and she told me that you are now spying on us. Later, I found out that one of the guard soldiers in “Khajir” saw Farah and Javadi in an inappropriate state and reported this sight to his commanders. I don’t think this report was presented to the king. After that, they invited me to parties less often, and whenever Javadi and Farah and I were together in a group, I did not see any unusual behavior from them. This relationship caused Javadi to be given a mission abroad so that he could go outside of Iran for a while.
When Javadi returned from this mission, I suspected that the nature of friendship had returned to a non-emotional state. I remember that one night in the summer of 1956, we were walking along the Nowshahr pier with the Shah. Farah and his friends, including Mr. Javadi, had gone to Mrs. Louise Qutbi’s house, which was near the dock. Before Shah went to his room to sleep, he asked me, “Ahmed, who is this who doesn’t let Farah go back to bed early at night?” I answered Liliha (Lily Daftari and Lili Amirarjamand). With the start of the revolution, the presence of Mr. Javadi, who was one of Farah Khanum’s main advisors, became more and more important to her, and in my opinion, he participated in many decisions.
