  1. Proliferation of Drone Warfare: Iran has already demonstrated its willingness to supply UAV technology to allies and proxy groups. The deployment of a drone carrier could further facilitate the export and operational testing of drone technologies in real-world scenarios.

U.S. and Regional Reactions

The United States, which regularly patrols the Persian Gulf and maintains a fleet of naval assets in the region, has expressed concerns over Iran’s growing drone capabilities. U.S. military officials have warned that advancements in Iran’s drone fleet could pose new challenges to regional stability and maritime security.

Similarly, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, have closely monitored Iran’s military developments. These countries, which have invested heavily in their own defense systems, may respond by increasing their naval patrols, strengthening their anti-drone defenses, or deepening security cooperation with Western allies.
