Collaboration with International Human Rights Organizations
Mosadaghi has collaborated with numerous organizations dedicated to human rights, including:
- The Human Rights Documentation Center
- The Boroumand Foundation
- Judge Geoffrey Robertson (a prominent human rights lawyer)
He also played a key role in organizing the Iran Tribunal, an unofficial truth commission and tribunal held in London and The Hague to investigate the 1988 mass executions in Iran.
Role in Judicial Oversight
Mosadaghi is a member of the Committee on the Monitoring of the Use of Judicial Data, chaired by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi. This committee was established by Reporters Without Borders to ensure that Iranian judicial records are used in accordance with human rights standards. The committee gained access to a crucial computer file containing Tehran’s judiciary data from 1979 to 2009, leaked by whistleblowers.
