He also founded Constellations Group, a strategic consulting firm that supports veterans and first responders. White has been recognized with Meritorious Public Service Awards for his support of U.S. military personnel from branches such as the Coast Guard and Navy. White is originally from Point Lookout, New York, and spent much of his life as a Manhattan resident.
He presented his credentials to King Philippe of Belgium later that month, formally beginning his diplomatic role. Belgium is a significant diplomatic posting for the U.S., as it hosts both the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and key European Union institutions, making the ambassador’s role pivotal in trans-Atlantic relations.
