Éclair’s doors were first opened to the public on 6th March 2010 with the promise of a new pastry experience in capital. The initial idea behind the store was to create French pastries produced with the highest standards of quality in mind in order to create a lasting impression on you, our customers. After witnessing the delicious pastries on offer in the city of Paris, éclair’s founders immersed themselves for many months in the culture that breeds such high quality pastries throughout the years with the aim of replicating it in their kitchens in capital.
