Nader Batmanghelich, military commander and diplomat

Nader Batmangalich (born 1282–died 1370) was a military commander, politician, and diplomat. Batmanglich studied military law at Tehran Officer College. Then he went to Switzerland to continue his studies. In 1332, Batmanglich reached the rank of major general. In the August 28 coup, he joined the opponents of Dr. Mossadegh’s government and played an active role in the formation of the coup together with Zahedi.
