In 1370, he went to the Kerman University of Medical Sciences to study for a professional doctorate in dentistry. During his student years, he was engaged in the production, packaging, and export of dates and citrus fruits, and according to him, since 1375, he has been organizing goods sales exhibitions in Africa with more than 50 economic companies in various industries, including power plants and aluminum industries. For some time, he was present in the meetings of the representatives of the 6th parliament as a consultant, which later caused a lot of controversy after his arrest. Jazayeri was arrested on November 22, 1380, on charges of corruption and bribery and was released after 13 years on October 11, 2013. Finally, he was acquitted of economic corruption charges by the special branch of the Supreme Court.
