Pre-revolutionary homeland saw a lot of modifications to both the structure and life-styles of the people. Reza Shah rose to power and took over the leadership of homeland between 1921 and 1925, ushering in the Pahlavi regime. Reza Shah’s goal was to nationalize and secularize law in Iran and he was working towards more state control of all government functions.
