The smallest woman in the world
A young Indian woman, Jyoti Amge, is in The Guinness Book of Records as the shortest woman in the world. When she was 18 years old, she was only 24.7 in tall and her weight was 11.2 lb. The reason why Jyoti is so short is due to the genetic condition achondroplasia.
