Mahmoud Lotfi (born 1305; died 1368) was the tallest actor in the history of Iranian cinema. His height was about 218 cm. He was suffering from gigantism. Mahmoud Lotfi was born in 1305. He started acting with the movie “Dream and Dream” in 1334, directed by Majid Mohseni.
