He writes as though he had a sad look in his eyes, a detached and philosophical understanding in his tone. A vague sense of destiny haunts his plays.Some of his plays, such as his masterpiece Death of Yazdgerd, have been translated into numerous languages and have been performed around the world.

One of his earliest plays, gaining international recognition and performed at the Festival du Théâtre des Nations in Paris. Explores displacement and alienation, themes recurrent in his later works. His plays frequently combine traditional Persian storytelling techniques with modern theatrical forms, creating a bridge between the past and present. Preserving Persian traditions while engaging with contemporary issues.
