In the 1340s, Sami was elected as a representative in the first congress of the National Front of Iran and participated in this congress. He was an active member of the Iranian People’s Party and the National Front.In the first congress of the Iranian People’s Party in June 1342, the radical wing of the Iranian People’s Party put forward the plan of violent struggle against the regime and changing the policy of the National Front at the suggestion of Kazem Sami and Habibullah Peyman, which was opposed by the majority of the members and was not accepted by the members. After that, the secret work of this group to establish the Iranian People’s Revolutionary Movement (JAMA) begins.
