The first prime minister to recognize Israel

Later, Prince Arfa took the place of Saed al-Mulk and Muhammad also used the title of Saed. When Prince Arfa moved to Istanbul, he took Mohammad Saed with him, who later became Prince Arfa’s successor. In 1321, Sohaili invited him to join his cabinet. Saed went to Tehran and took charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the cabinet of Qawam al-Sultaneh, Saed was still the foreign minister, and during the second term of the prime minister, Sohaili was also in charge of the foreign ministry. One of the important events of his foreign ministry was the arrival of the heads of three major countries in Tehran and holding the Tehran Conference.
