Bahri’s first service to science was the formation of the People’s Party. Due to his history of activity in the Tudeh Party, he practically managed the organization of the People’s Party and held the leadership position of the party. 22 years later, when the Shah decided to dissolve the People’s Party and create the all-inclusive Resurrection Party, Bahri was one of the main players in the creation of this party. During these years, Bahri continued to teach at the Faculty of Law and authored a book entitled “General Criminal Law,” which has been reprinted many times.
