Mohsen Mehralizadeh was born on the eighth of Mehr, 1335, in the city of Maragheh, located in East Azerbaijan province. He entered Tabriz University in 1353, and in 1357, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from this university, and immediately after completing his bachelor’s degree, he was able to be accepted into the master’s degree at Tabriz University, and after that, he received his doctorate in the field of financial management from the university. Capital Mehralizadeh studied at Tilburg University in the field of economic engineering, but according to his son, Yaser Mehralizadeh, he was unable to defend his thesis “due to his many responsibilities.”
