Seyed Abolhassan Bani Sadr

Seyed Abolhassan Bani Sadr was the first president of Iran, and his presidential decree was executed by Khomeini on February 4, 1980. This decree marked the beginning of Bani Sadr’s presidency, which was later terminated due to political conflicts and his impeachment by the parliament.

Mohammad Ali Rajaee

Mohammad Ali Rajaee’s presidential decree was executed on August 11, 1981. His presidency was short-lived as he was assassinated in a bomb blast along with his Prime Minister, Mohammad Javad Bahonar, on August 30, 1981.
