Capital women’s volleyball clubs 1352


Shahbanu Cup girls’ volleyball games were the first national women’s volleyball competitions in Iran. Its first season started in 1354 in two groups of Tehrani teams (8 teams) and Shahristan (competitions with 5 teams were held in Ahvaz). The top team of each group made it to the final stage of the tournament. After the end of this stage, the 8 teams from Tehran reached the first to eighth positions: 1-Taj 2-Pas 3-Homa 4-Aqab 5-Perspolis 6-Ofser 7-Dihim 8-Sanat Naft. After the end of this stage, the 5 city teams in the competition reached the first to fifth positions, respectively: 1 Isfahan, 2 Khuzestan. 3- Gilan 4- Mazandaran 5- Fars. The finals of the competition left the field after protesting the refereeing of the competition in the final match against the Homa team and reached the second place of this competition. In September 1355, they played against the West German team in a friendly match.
