Once her sight is restored, Azar takes a bold step toward reinvention. She changes her name to Mitra, begins working as a nurse, and dedicates her life to helping others. Her new life represents transformation — a rebirth born out of suffering. As Mitra, she becomes independent, strong, and compassionate, symbolizing the possibility of self-discovery and renewal even after heartbreak.

However, destiny soon brings the past back into her life. A war breaks out, and Mitra is assigned to a medical camp to care for wounded soldiers. Among them is Behrouz — now injured and emotionally broken, stripped of the wealth and privilege that once surrounded him. He is unaware that the kind nurse tending to his wounds is none other than Azar, the woman who once loved him in silence.

As Mitra nurses him back to health, an emotional connection rekindles between them. Behrouz is drawn to her warmth, integrity, and quiet strength, falling in love with her without realizing that she is his former servant. Their relationship blossoms amid the tragedy of war, suggesting that love, though once lost, can reemerge in unexpected forms.
