Maryam Massoumi was born 1987 and is an actress, known for Khaltoor (2017), Labyrinth (2019) and Taraneh (2020).Persian New Wave refers to a new movement in persian cinema. According to film critic Eric Henderson, the acclaimed documentary The House Is Black directed by Forough Farrokhzad (famous persian poet and director) paved the way for the persian New Wave.
