Article 26 of the Presidential Election Law does not consider “votes obtained through buying and selling” uncountable, and Article 25 assumes such votes can be counted like other “invalid” votes.Also, in Articles 25 and 26 of the Presidential Election Law, the duties of votes that contain the names of people other than approved candidates are not clearly specified. It should be noted that in the “Law on Council Elections” (Article 19), these types of votes are explicitly considered invalid votes, but in the Presidential Election Law, this specification was not made.
