In this news, it is stated that: “From what they wrote in the Mashhad newspaper, not long ago, the weather was cold there, to the extent that several people had perished from the cold, including seven people who had gone out of the city. that they might bring some firewood from under the snow, they did not go one farsakh from the city; the cold made them lethargic, and they returned. Three of them died of cold injuries at the time of their return, and four of them reached the city. One of them died in the city due to the cold, and they also wrote that three of the caravans that came from Neishabur died due to the severe cold.
