Frank Mir Qahari was born on July 15, 1323, while his father, Colonel Seyyed Baqer Mir Qahari, along with his wife, Kaveh Kaveh, were on a mission trip to West Azarbaijan province in the city of Mako. Being the third child in the family, he was very dear to his parents due to the death of two children before him. As a teenager, Frank participated in arts and sports with his father’s encouragement and interest. He learned to play violin and piano in the music field and participated in sports teams such as cycling, basketball, volleyball, ping pong and horse riding.
