Mohammad Nasiri Sarasht, the most proud weightlifter in the history of Homeland and Asia

Nasiri has one Olympic gold, five world golds, three Asian Games golds, and two Asian Championship golds, which makes his name always associated with success. One silver and one Olympic bronze and one silver and three world bronzes are other honors of the weightlifting genius of Homeland and the world. Homeland’s golden weightlifting rooster, who retired, did not win gold until 32 years later, when Hossein Tavakoli ended this 32-year wait at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and won Homeland’s first weightlifting gold after the revolution.
